Just head to the game on your home screen, press the Options button, and select 'Check for Update.' Boom, done!
PS5 does this automatically when you boot it up and connect to the net. If it ain't updating, make sure your auto-downloads are on in Settings.
Go to the home screen, highlight the game, press the Options button, and select 'Check for Update.' If an update is available, it'll start downloading!
