How to update Subnautica on Steam
Just go into Steam, navigate to your Library, find Subnautica, and it should automatically download any available updates. You can also right-click the game, select Properties, and in the Updates tab make sure it's set to 'Always keep this game up to date'.

Easy peasy! Just open Steam, head over to your Library, find Subnautica, and if there's an update available, it should start downloading automatically. If not, right-click on Subnautica, hit Properties, go to the Updates tab, and make sure it's set to 'Always keep this game up to date'.
If you don't see it updating automatically, try restarting Steam. Worked for me every time!
