Just let Steam or your console do its thing! It usually updates automatically.
Super easy! Just open up your game client (Steam, PSN, Xbox Live, etc.) and it should auto-update. If not, check the game settings or updates section!
If you're on console, simply go to your game library, find The Binding of Isaac, and look for a 'Check for Updates' option.
On Steam? Right-click on The Binding of Isaac in your library, go to Properties, then Updates. Make sure automatic updates are enabled!
