One word: patience. Sometimes updates take a while to roll out depending on your region. So, if your buddy's game is updating and yours isn't, just give it a bit. Riot's not forgetting about you, promise.

Make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements for the update. Some updates add new features that might need a bit more oomph from your hardware. Always good to check!

Updating Valorant is pretty straightforward! Just open the Riot Games client and if there's an update available, it should start automatically. If it doesn't, hit the 'refresh' button near the top of the client. The game will take care of the rest, downloading and installing the update so you can get back to gaming ASAP.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
