Usually the game updates automatically when you play through Facebook. If not, just reload the game page and it should refresh to the latest version.

For me, I just click on my game link in my bookmarks bar and it updates itself! Easy peasy.

Honestly, if it ain't updating, try logging out and back in to Facebook. Worked for me once!
