It's easy! Make sure you back up your data, swap out the old drive with a new 2.5-inch SATA one, and restore from backup.

Upgrading your PS3 hard drive is pretty straightforward! First, back up your data to an external drive. Next, remove the hard drive cover, unscrew the old hard drive, and swap it with a new 2.5-inch SATA drive. Finally, restore your data from the backup!

Just replace the old drive with a 2.5-inch SATA drive, but don't forget to back up your data first!

I've done this myself! Backup your data, remove the old hard drive through the slot on the side, insert the new 2.5-inch SATA drive, and restore your data. Easy-peasy!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
