Use the Training Center to upgrade bonds. It's one of the best facilities in XCOM 2. Spend some time there and profit!

Get your soldiers to spend more time in the field together! Sending them on the same missions helps increase their bond level.

Honestly, bonds aren't that critical. Focus more on upgrading your gear and tactics.

Easiest way? Just keep pairing your bonded soldiers in missions. Also, make sure they don't get injured, helps a lot!
