In my experience, using universal sculptures wisely and targeting the right commanders early on can save you a ton of resources and get those stars up quickly.
To upgrade star levels for your commanders in Rise of Kingdoms, you need to use Star Sculptures or specific commander sculptures. Just go to the commander鈥檚 page, hit the upgrade button, and use enough stars till they level up!
