To upgrade weapons in Blox Fruits, you need to find the Blacksmith NPC, usually on the Floating Turtle island. Gather materials from defeating enemies or collecting chests, and then use them at the Blacksmith to enhance your weapon's stats!

Just go to the Blacksmith and use materials from enemies or chests to upgrade. Easy peasy!

In Blox Fruits, you upgrade weapons by visiting the Blacksmith on the Floating Turtle. I upgraded my sword last night after farming some materials from bosses. Totally worth it!
