First-hand experience here: To max out your weapon, you need to install mods using Endo and Credits. Don鈥檛 forget to use Forma to reset polarity and fit more powerful mods. Happy modding!
You don't upgrade weapons directly. Instead, you upgrade mods and slot them into your weapons. Focus on collecting Endo and Credits to level up your mods.
It's not rocket science! Just use Endo to level up mods in the Mods station and then equip them in your weapon slots through the Arsenal.
