You first need to create and upload your decal to Roblox. Go to the 'Create' tab on the Roblox website, then click on 'Decals' and upload your image. Once it's approved, copy the decal ID. In Bloxburg, use the 'Change Picture' option on any picture frame, paste the ID, and voilà!
