To upload a Live Photo to Instagram, convert it to a Boomerang in Stories. Open the Instagram app, swipe right to open Stories, then swipe up to select your Live Photo from your camera roll. Hold the screen until the word 'Boomerang' appears. Voilà! Now you can share it!
