Quick tip: Connect your PC to your Xbox account, open the Xbox Game Bar (Win + G), and you can upload directly from there. Easy peasy!

Been doing this for years: Open Xbox Game Bar by pressing Windows + G, go to 'Captures,' select your clip, and hit 'Upload to Xbox Live.'
