You can use Instagram's web version! Just go to Instagram.com, log in, and click the plus sign (+) at the top to upload photos or videos.
Use the developer tools in your browser to switch to mobile view. In Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+I, then Ctrl+Shift+M. Refresh the page, and you'll see the upload button!
Honestly, just use your phone. It's way simpler and faster.
