Easy peasy! Just go to the Spotify desktop app, click on 'Edit' (or 'Spotify' on Mac), then 'Preferences.' Scroll down to 'Local Files,' toggle it on, and select the folders with your music. Now those tracks will show up under 'Local Files' in your library!
