Can't upload audio directly, but use Reels or Stories with video. Instagram rocks for this!
You can upload a video with your original audio directly to Reels, and Instagram will automatically use the sound from your video.
So, I tried this last week—just recorded my track on my phone, attached it while making a Reel, and boom! Insta magic.
