You can't upload custom photos directly to 8 Ball Pool unless they're linked to Facebook or Miniclip.

You can upload a photo by linking your 8 Ball Pool account to Facebook. Just go to Settings > Login with Facebook and your profile photo from Facebook will automatically update in the game!

Log in with your Miniclip or Facebook account, and your profile photo should sync up. No messy uploads required!
