Another way is to use a USB drive. Transfer the photos from your phone to the USB, then plug it into your Xbox One. Done!

I always use the Xbox app on my phone. Just upload the photos directly from the app to your Xbox One.

Honestly, using OneDrive is the fastest way. Upload photos to OneDrive from your phone, then view them through the Xbox One's Media Player app.
