Easy peasy! First, make sure you have PlayStation Plus. Then, go to Settings on your PS4, select Application Saved Data Management, and upload your saves to online storage. On your PS5, go to Settings, Saved Data and Game/App Settings, and download your saved data from the cloud. Done and done!

Just transfer via LAN cable or external storage if you don't have PS Plus. Connect both consoles and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also use a USB stick! Copy your saves from the PS4 to the stick, then plug it into your PS5 and transfer the files. Old school but effective!
