Splatoon 3 doesn't natively support replay uploads. Try recording your gameplay using a capture card, then you can upload it anywhere.
You can't actually upload replays in Splatoon 3 directly, but you can record your gameplay using the Nintendo Switch's capture function and then share that recording! Just press and hold the capture button on your Joy-Con or Pro Controller to record the last 30 seconds, and then transfer the video to your device of choice!
I played Splatoon 3 all weekend with my friends and just used the Switch's own capture feature to share moments鈥攕uper easy!
