Straight up, you can upload textures by using the CDK (Content Development Kit) provided by Gaijin. It’s a bit technical but totally worth it if you’re into modding.

From personal experience, the easiest way is to download a custom skin template from the community, tweak it, and then place it in the 'UserSkins' folder. Your awesome design will then be available in the game settings.
