Using a controller on The Binding of Isaac isn't rocket science. Plug it in, and you're good to go!
Just plug in your controller, and the game should automatically recognize it. Make sure it's configured in Steam's Big Picture Mode if you're on PC!
Worked like a charm with my Xbox controller on PC. Just plugged it in, and boom, ready to wreck some monsters!
