Just collect the Dragon Balls in the bottom right corner of your battle screen. You'll get a Rising Rush and a powerful finisher!
You gotta fill up your Ki gauge by charging it or using normal attacks. Once you have enough, select the special move card and boom! Instant awesomeness.
Honestly, just tap the special move card when it lights up. Couldn't be simpler!
