Plug it in, go to Settings > Sound > Microphone, and select your USB mic from the list. You're good to go!

Just plug your USB mic into one of the USB ports on your PS5, then go to Settings > Sound > Microphone and select your mic as the input device. Easy peasy!

Honestly, just plug it in and it should work right away. But if not, check Settings > Sound > Microphone to select it.
