Using a Vicks Steam Inhaler is super easy! Just start by filling the inhaler's base with hot water (but not boiling). Then, add your Vicks VapoSteam or VapoPads to the water, according to the instructions on the package. Pop the top part of the inhaler back on, place your mouth and nose over the inhalation mask, and breathe deeply. The soothing steam will do its magic!

As someone who's used it, don't overdo the VapoSteam or you'll feel like you're breathing in a mint factory. Start with less and add more if needed.

Honestly, just follow the instructions that come with it. If you can make instant noodles, you can use a Vicks Steam Inhaler. Heat water, pour, add VapoRub, inhale. Simple as that.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
