To select Akuma, highlight Ryu and hold for 3 seconds, then highlight T. Hawk, Guile, Cammy, and Ryu again. Now, press Start and simultaneously hit a punch button. Boom, Akuma's ready to wreck!
IMO, using Akuma is cheating. Stick with the regular roster and develop real skills.
It's easy. Hold Ryu for 3 sec, then hover over T.Hawk, Guile, and Cammy before returning to Ryu. Hit Start and punch. Done.
