You have to make sure the gift card is registered with a billing address first. Then, add it to your payment methods on PlayStation. No issues after that!

Super easy! Just add your American Express gift card as you would any other credit card. Go to Payment Methods in your account settings, enter the card details, and you're good to go!

I recently used an Amex gift card on the PlayStation Store. Just go to the PS Store, select your items, and when prompted to choose a payment method, enter the gift card info. Worked like a charm!

Honestly, just use PayPal and link your Amex gift card there. Works flawlessly every time and saves you some hassle.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
