Using an Amiibo with multiple systems in Splatoon 2 is simple! You just need to register the Amiibo on each system by hovering over the Amiibo Box and tapping your Amiibo on your controller. Keep in mind that any unique gear or settings won't transfer between systems, so you'll need to set those up again!
Hey, I've done this before — just register your amiibo on both systems. You'll have to input the gear setup separately on each one, though.
