Easy peasy! Just tap your Amiibo figure on the right Joy-Con鈥檚 NFC touchpoint (that's the thumbstick) while you're on the character select screen. Presto, your Amiibo character is in the game!
Trust me on this鈥攋ust tap your Amiibo on the right Joy-Con thumbstick, and you'll be good to go.
First, go to the 'Games & More' menu, then select 'Amiibo'. Once there, tap your Amiibo on the NFC touchpoint and follow the prompts to customize your character.
