Just level up, get enough Yen, and buy it from the CCG Lab. Works great against tough ghouls!
In Ro-Ghoul, go to the CCG building, purchase the Arata from the NPC there, and then equip it in your inventory. Simple as that!
Equip your Arata by pressing the inventory button, selecting it, and then hitting the 'Equip' button. Now you can unleash your inner ghoul!
Just make sure you have enough Yen, then head to the CCG building and buy Arata. Equip it, and you're ready to roll.
