Quick tip: Always back up your original files before you start messing with sliders. Learned that the hard way. Nothing like turning your character into a noodle armed supermodel by accident to ruin your immersion.
First step: make sure you鈥檝e got Fallout 4 installed, because duh. Then, download BodySlide and Outfit Studio. Install it into your Fallout 4 data folder. Open BodySlide from your game's 'Data\Tools\BodySlide' folder. In BodySlide, select the outfit you want to modify from the 'Group Filter' drop-down. Adjust the sliders to your heart's content for body shape and size. Hit 'Build' to finalize your adjustments. Boom, you've just redesigned the wasteland fashion scene.
Don't bother with it. Just play the game as it is, mods will only suck you into a vortex of never-ending tweaks and 'just one more mod' until 4AM.
