Using a capture card with a PS3 involves an HDMI splitter because of HDCP. PS3 -> HDMI splitter -> Capture card -> TV/Monitor. Easy peasy!

You need an HDMI splitter to bypass HDCP. Plug your PS3 into the splitter, then connect the splitter to your capture card, and finally to your TV/monitor. Done!

HDMI splitter, capture card, and some cables – that's your shopping list. Connect PS3 to the splitter, splitter to the capture card, and capture card to your TV/monitor. Voilà!

HDMI splitter is essential due to HDCP. Chain: PS3 -> HDMI splitter -> capture card -> TV. Start capturing!

Just get an HDMI splitter, plug your PS3 into it, then run the other lines to your capture card and TV. Simple!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
