To use a case key in Blade Ball, go to the main menu, click on the 'Cases' tab, and select a case to unlock. Just use the key on the case and enjoy your loot!
From my experience, you want to use the case key under the 'Cases' tab in the main menu. Unlocking cases can give you cool cosmetics or power-ups!
