Defeating a Chosen in combat will drop their unique weapon. Once you have it, just go to the Armory and equip it on any of your soldiers. Simple as that!

First, you've got to defeat the Chosen who owns the weapon. You can't just find these bad boys lying around! After that, you can equip them like any other weapon in the loadout screen. Enjoy the alien butt-kicking!

Beat the Chosen, grab their gear, and then equip it in the barracks. Easy peasy!
