Combo breakers can be activated by hitting forward + block when being pummeled, assuming you have two super meter bars. I've used this move to turn the tide in many matches!
Just press forward and block during a combo if you have two bars filled! It’s your best ‘get out of jail free’ card.
Honestly, just get good at blocking. Saves you the meter for X-rays and other cool moves. Combo breakers are not worth the cost.
