To use console commands in Subnautica Below Zero on PC, hit F3 to open the debug menu, then F8 to unlock your mouse, and uncheck the 'Disable Console' box in the top left. After that, press Enter or the tilde (~) key to open the console and type your commands!

From personal experience, F3 to open the debug menu, F8 to free the mouse, uncheck 'Disable Console', and then use the tilde (~) key for commands. Trust me, it's a game-changer!

Just uncheck 'Disable Console' in the debug menu after pressing F3 and F8. Typing commands after that is a breeze!
