To use an EXP drink in BASEBALL 9, go to the 'Team' menu, select the player you want to boost, and tap on 'Train'. There, you can choose the EXP drink to level up your player instantly. Easy-peasy!
Training menu, select player, use EXP drink. Boom, done.
You just need to go to the training section and use the EXP drink on any player you want to boost. Simple as that.
