Easy peasy! Go to the 'Roster' menu, select the player you want to level up, and then use the Experience Drinks from there. Your player will get those sweet XP points instantly!

I use them all the time on my star pitcher! Just select the player in the Roster menu, choose Experience Drinks, and bam—instant upgrade!
