To use a finisher in Mortal Kombat 11, wait until the end of the match when your opponent's health is low, then input the specific button combo for your character's Fatality. Check the move list for each character in the pause menu!
Just pause the game and look up how to perform the Fatality in the move list. It's really not that hard.
