Just wait until 'Finish Him/Her!' pops up, then input the Fatality combo which you can find in the pause menu or on various websites!
Timing is everything. When 'Finish Him/Her!' shows up, quickly input the character's specific finisher combo. You can practice these in Training Mode.
You don't really need complicated moves to win. Just punch till they drop and call it a day.
From my experience, Fatalities are all about muscle memory. Practice them in Training Mode and soon you'll be pulling them off like a pro!
