Hop into your Arsenal, navigate to the Gear tab, and drag your items into the Gear Wheel slots. In missions, hold Q to pull up the wheel and pick your gear. Boom, easy peasy!
Using gear in Warframe is pretty simple! First, equip the gear in your Gear Wheel from your Arsenal in the ship. During missions, just hold Q and select the item you want to use.
