To use Haki in Blox Fruits, you need to unlock it first! Observation Haki can be obtained at Skylands from the Lord of Destruction NPC after reaching level 300. Press the 'E' key to activate it. For Armament Haki, level up to 1,200 and talk to the NPC in the Second Sea. Press 'J' to activate it!
