Not all headsets are created equal. Some require an adapter to work with Xbox One controllers. No adapter? No problem鈥攋ust get one and game on.

Hey, make sure your controller is updated! Then you can plug your headset directly into it if it has a 3.5mm jack. If not, you'll need a headset adapter.
