Click on your hero, then right-click on the enemy target, and pick 'Assassinate' from the action menu that appears. Done and dusted!

Just select your hero, target the enemy hero or agent, and use the 'Assassinate' action from the options. Simple, right?

Have your hero selected, right-click the enemy character you want taken out, and choose 'Assassinate' from the list. Boom, job done!
