Easy peasy! Just go to your PS4 Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Use Wi-Fi > Easy. Then select your mobile hotspot from the list and enter your password. Boom, you're connected!

I use my phone as a hotspot all the time for my PS4. Works like a charm! Just make sure you have a good data plan, or those game updates might cost you a fortune!
