To use Kamehameha in Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi, you need to power up your Ki first. Once your Ki is full, press the energy button (often R1/RB) and then the attack button (often Circle/B) to unleash it. Go Super Saiyan for extra style points!
Having played the game myself, I can confirm: max out your Ki bar, then press R1/RB followed by Circle/B quickly for that sweet Kamehameha blast. Timing is key!
