Kunai are a secondary throwing weapon. Just equip them and use your secondary fire button. The higher the damage mod, the better!

Equip the Kunai in your Arsenal as your secondary weapon. Aim, then press the fire button to throw them at enemies. Easy peasy, ninja-squeezy!

I've been chucking Kunai at Grineer for years! Equip them in your loadout, mod them for damage and multishot, then shred those enemies with your secondary fire.
