You'll need a capture card! Connect the PlayStation to the capture card, and then plug that into your laptop via USB. Use software like OBS to view the screen.
Just get a cheap HDMI capture card from Amazon. Connect the PS to the capture card, then plug it into your laptop's USB port. Voila, PS on laptop!
Don't bother. Just get a HDMI-to-VGA adapter and plug your PlayStation into a real monitor.
