Yep, Remote Play is the way to go. Just remember, both devices need to be on the same network or you'll run into issues.

You can't directly connect a PS4 to a laptop with an HDMI cable. Use Remote Play or get a portable monitor.

You can use a laptop as a PS4 monitor by using Remote Play. Just download the Remote Play app on your laptop, connect your PS4 and laptop to the same network, and sign in with your PlayStation account. Easy peasy!

I used Remote Play when my TV broke. It worked surprisingly well for most games, though there was a bit of lag in fast-paced ones. Just give it a try!

No, you can't just plug in an HDMI cable and expect it to work. Laptops don't have HDMI input.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
