To use a lowrider in GTA San Andreas on PC, first, you gotta find one. Many lowriders are cruising around Los Santos, especially in the Grove Street area. Once you've stylishly acquired one, press the '2' key to start the lowrider challenge if you're near the corona on the map. During these challenges, use the arrow keys to control the hydraulics. Outside of challenges, hit the '2' key to bounce the front, and the arrow keys will control your ride's hydraulics for that cool lowrider vibe.

Took my sweet ride for a spin in San Andreas, and let me tell you, mastering the lowrider challenge is key. Hit '2' to hop, then arrow keys to sway. Gotta say, nothing beats cruising down the LS streets in a tricked-out lowrider.
